We currently support these main Microsoft Office products:

We do prefer to work with pdf documents as they are the least prone to issues with fonts and pictures as they have embedded within them the format of the file. We do not have editing capabilities to change things with this file format.
Excel files are a great tool to create merged data documents such as mailing labels, envelopes and letters that need addresses and salutations.
A caution about Word documents – they do not always open properly from computer to computer a specially going from Mac OS to Windows and vice versa. With different printers, the layout of Word documents changes due to differences in printable area.
Powerpoint is the application to use for digital presentations. When using Powerpoint for print it is good to setup slides for images with text underneath.
Photoshop is the application for images, when you need to edit color cropping or other editing to the images.
Illustrator is a vector based program for creating graphics the you may need to print at large sizes such as a sandwich board sign or large banners.
InDesign is the application for page layout. You may be creating flyers, brochures or documents with lots of elements from different sources such as images or other static document such as pdf files.
